Langar — The Free Community Kitchen
Langar is one of the most profound expressions of Sikh values — a fully free vegetarian meal served to every person who walks through our doors, without any discrimination of religion, caste, gender, or social status.
The langar is prepared and served entirely by volunteers (sevadars) from our sangat. Eating together on the floor (pankti) symbolises absolute equality before Waheguru.
Everyone is welcome at our langar — always.
